Our nationwide team of professional installers understands the specific sensitivity of the retail world. All of our crews are trained according to our standards, insuring a consistent level of service on your jobs. In addition, our in-house Account Managers can verify your floor plans, check packing lists, call store personnel and, when necessary, arrange a site inspection.
If required, we can provide a dedicated on-site field Project Manager, trained specifically for your project. This person acts as a liaison and communication center between you, our installers, and the store, to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This will ensure that your installation runs smoothly.
Upon completion of your installation, we will prepare a formal punchlist signed by store management and photograph the completed project. We coordinate the resolution of specific issues or problems that occurred during your installation. All of this information will be made available in the format that best suits your needs.
